I’m A Chef

Simple as that. I’m also one who enjoys to share, regardless of what my girlfriend might tell you. That was a 2 pound bag of Sour Patch Kids. That’s just not enough for me. Anyway, I just concocted one of the best homemade smoothies I have ever tasted and figured I would share it with you all. This is a meal replacement smoothie, so take that into consideration. Enjoy!

In a blender, mix the following to a puree.

1 1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries
1/3 Cup Frozen Rasberries
1/3 Cup Frozen Blackberries
1 1/2 Tablespoon Peanut Butter
1 1/2 Tablespoon Honey
1 Cup Milk

Contains roughly 590 calories for those of you wondering. Like I said this is a great meal replacement for breakfast. I’m going to make someone a great wife one day. You girls feel free to pin this or whatever. I’m sure you can fancy it up to look something like what is below. I just poured it straight into a SOLO cup and knocked it back.
